Kitchen/Dining: Enjoy cooking in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, electric cooker, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. Gather around the medium-sized dining table for meals together. Laundry Area: Our laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for any laundry emergencies. Other things to note Reminder: House parties are strictly prohibited. If you booked for a party, please contact Airbnb or your platform for a full refund within 24 hours. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled without refund and you must vacate the property immediately. This also applies to bringing more guests than booked, unless you've informed us in advance. For security, cameras are installed at property entrances. Early Check-in/Late Check-out Requests • Early check-in is subject to availability on the day of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. • Please message us before booking if you require early check-in; do not submit a booking request. • All early check-in/late check-out requests must be approved in writing by the host. Otherwise, standard check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. • Additional charges may apply. Booking an extra night is the only way to guarantee early check-in. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES – VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND • No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or foul language on the premises. Smoking is allowed outside with proper disposal. • No overnight visitors. Additional guests require prior host approval. • No pets allowed. • Keep noise down after 10pm; no loud music, talking, or machinery. • Keep all shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) clean. Dirty dishes or spaces may incur a $50 fee. • Smoking indoors will incur a $250 cleaning fee and a $2500 fine if the fire brigade is called. • Dispose of rubbish properly. Do not block hallways or exits with bikes, bags, or debris. • Do not take others’ food from the fridge; label and remove yours after checkout. • Guests are responsible for their own conduct and any damages caused. • Leave all lights/appliances off when not in use, and ensure windows/doors are locked when leaving. • Maintenance may require room access with notice. • Only use the provided laundry detergent and switch off appliances after use. • Report any damage or faults promptly.
