Our wooden caravan is an oasis of peace away from civilization, by the water and meadows with grazing cows in the surrounding area. Enjoy a morning coffee with a view, an evening sitting by the fireplace and sleep under the stars. The hand-built caravan combines simplicity with comfort and allows you to slow down, breathe and enjoy nature offline. You can enjoy a morning swim, summer paddleboarding, winter skating and breakfast on the terrace with a view that you won't get tired of. The space SAUNA: We have recently added a private outdoor sauna to the Bull-Barn caravan, which is fully available throughout your stay. The sauna is heated by wood and thanks to the quick heating it is ideal for evening relaxation or warming up after a colder day. Located just a few steps from the caravan, it offers complete privacy and views of the surrounding countryside. We have prepared it to complement the atmosphere of peace and quiet that our guests praise the most. We will be happy to welcome you in it - just heat it up and enjoy the warmth and relaxation in nature. HEATING: The heating of the caravan is provided by a fireplace, wood and firelighters are available throughout the year. BATHROOM: From spring to autumn (except for the months when it will freeze), the caravan is supplied with utility (non-drinking) water from the tank. The water is pumped into the interior of the caravan, specifically into the kitchen and bathroom, as well as to the outdoor solar shower. In the bathroom of the caravan there is a shower with a water container and a shower with a faucet. Before showering, it is necessary to preheat the water on the gas stove and mix it with cold water in the container. In winter, utility water is prepared in a barrel inside the caravan. There is also a chemical toilet in the bathroom. KITCHEN: The small kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment (plates, pots, pan, glasses, mugs, cutlery, knives and more.) There is also the possibility to use a small refrigerator, a mocha kettle for making fresh coffee, a two-burner gas stove. Basic ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, spices are available for cooking. A kettle for heating water and tea bags are also available. BED AND STORAGE: Bed for two people (180x200 cm) with pillows and blankets. Under the bed there is a storage space, where the right part can be used for your luggage. OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT: There is a terrace with outdoor seating for two people, a hammock, a table, a fireplace with a grate and a roasting fork. A paddleboard is available during the summer months. Guest access A paved road leads to the caravan. There is a parking space for 1 car behind the fence. Other things to note Information on winter operation: In winter (from 15.11.), the water pump in the caravan will be switched off due to frost. Water is provided during this period as follows: In the kitchenette there is a water tank and a tap at the sink. In the bathroom, plastic canisters are prepared as a water tank. The shower works as standard, as in summer – the water is heated by gas in the kitchen and the shower pump in the shower area provides pressure. Note: There is a 50 l water supply in the caravan, which we will replenish during your stay if necessary. All water is only utility and not potable; drinking water will be available in PET bottles under the sink. If the weather forecast reports warm night temperatures, water will be available in classic mode.
