T2 apartment of about 30 sqm in the center of Pont Réan and about 500 meters from a bus line to RENNES. This location is ideal for walks of all kinds with the towpath nearby to go to the boël. It is a fairly old apartment but which offers essential services, it will receive work soon but the value for money is good. Sheets and towels are optional for stays under 3 nights (15 euros) The space This apartment has a living room (currently without TV) with sofa and coffee table, a kitchen area with new refrigerator and oven with new induction hobs above, a wifi box, a new 140 cm bed and a bathroom. Thank you to people who are demanding in terms of services not to book this apartment because it is old and does not offer the services of a new accommodation (I take this into account in my nightly price) In addition, it does not offer a perfectly clean appearance due to the type of floors that are old and partially stained (it is however vacuumed before each arrival). Other things to note The furniture of the apartment will be completed soon, the current photos are made to open the possible reservations as of July 13. The apartment is non-smoking, there is the possibility of smoking downstairs in the common areas in an outdoor courtyard
