Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The complex has well-maintained beautiful walking paths dotted with benches to take in the lush tranquil surroundings. The complex has a 9 hole golf course for which paid access is available. Golf kits and caddies are also available for hire. Beginners can avail of coaching with the in-house coach. The golf course is closed on Tuesdays and certain designated holidays. The clubhouse is functional from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on all days EXCEPT Tuesday and certain designated holidays. Entry to the clubhouse is chargeable per person per day. Club passes are only issued to the apartment owners. Therefore, if you wish to use the clubhouse facilities you will need to inform our local host in advance. Below is a partial list of amenities at the clubhouse: • Swimming pools for adults and kids • Gym • Table tennis, pool table and other indoor games • Kids arena (up to 12 years) with rock climbing, Playstation, etc. • Steam, sauna, and jacuzzi • Tennis court and basketball court • 30 yard lush green T20 cricket ground • Playground for kids with slides, seesaw, etc. Guests can avail of the following additional facilities located in the clubhouse which are chargeable on actuals: • Salon and spa • All-day cafe serving vegetarian fare. • Multi-cuisine vegetarian restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Other things to note 1. Clubhouse facilities are chargeable per person per day, are not available on tuesdays and designated holidays. 2. Swimming pool is a part of the club house, costume is a must to get into the pool. 3. We have many leading restaurants delivering food at the home via ZOMATO. 4. There are 3 to 4 tiffin services available, where homemakers are cooking food at their home and delivering at nominal costs. 5. BIG BASKET, JIO MART, DMART online apps are functional 6. OLA and UBER both are operational 7. Amazon considers this as PRIME location along side Flipkart. 8. WIFI has a superfast 50 MBPS speed and is dedicated for the guests. 9. For weekly bookings or bookings equal to or more than 7 nights. we charge electricity bill at actuals (15₹ per unit), housekeeping charges additional. with adequate usage of Air conditioning, water gyeser cost for electricity for 7 nigths ranging from 30 units to 80 units i.e. 300₹ to 800₹ (weekly) only we shall provide a meter reading at the time of checkin then at checkout. Housekeeping which will include everything from floor mopping, bathroom upkeep, kitchen utensils, dusting for 1500₹ for 7 nights stay for all days, where as guests as opt for alternate day cleaning service at only 1000₹ for 7 nights stay likewise everyday housekeeping will cost : 1500₹ for 7 nights 3000₹ for 14 nights 4500₹ for 21 nights 6000₹ for 28 nights alternate day housekeeping wil cost : 1000₹ for 7 nights 2000₹ for 14 nights 3000₹ for 21 nights 4000₹ for 28 nights we have added this clause as we offer a huge weekly discount for the community to stay longer and work from home at the same time respect all appliances, services provided. 10. Home is facing the Grand MCA cricket stadium on the 10th floor Having said all of that, we are 30 kms away from the city center but have all modern day apps available for the perfect resort WFH staycation, weekend getaway or just to simply chill. Important notice regarding usage of Linens : 1. We request the guests to please use the *Towels* provided only for bathing purpose and not as a Floor Mat Or wiping your shoes, baggage etc 2. Please refrain from eating, snaking, drinking on the double bed in the bedroom/sofa bed. Food stains on fresh white *Bedding* provided is very difficult for us to remove at the time of laundry, it requires additional effort, please use the bar top, dining table at the time of having meals.
