This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments. Distances: Ponte a Bozzone with a food shop, a restaurant and a butcher is 5 km away, Siena with all kinds of shops and railway station 12 km, San Gimignano approx. 50 km, Florence 70 km away, Pisa 115 km , Rome 250 km away. At guests disposal: large panoramic garden (6000 m2), shared infinity swimming-pool (5,5 x 15 m – maximum depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), solarium terrace with open-air shower (cold water), barbecue, oven for pizza, furnished loggia (35 m2), table tennis. Shared laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities. All of the apartments provide alarm system, satellite TV, hair-dryer, heating system and table and chairs (in a common area).
