Summer vacation home in Bitti, Gorofai area, from which it takes its name. Unique and original. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Available 1, 2 or 3 rooms: double, triple and double. Breakfast is included. The entire apartment is available for each individual booking. TV in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has everything you need. Courtesy set. Panoramic balcony. Smoking area. Camping cot upon request for an additional charge. Pets only upon request and if arranged. Access via stairs. The space Spacious, airy, bright, and very quiet. Easy to find. There is free street parking in front for cars, motorcycles, and campers. With free indoor space for bikes, which you can choose with me. It is a great starting point for getting around both inland and on the nearby coasts. For sea lovers, it is about 30 minutes from the beaches of Orosei and La Caletta di Siniscola, and about 45 minutes from Cala Gonone. Then there's Bitti, which is about 1 hour from Olbia. Bitti offers visitors an authentic experience. With its musical tradition of tenor singing, its mountainous landscapes, its archaeological sites, and its unique entertainment for the little ones, it manages to captivate every visitor who comes to stay there. Guest access Guests have access to: • the room(s) assigned as needed; with the rest of the apartment, which includes: • the kitchen, • the dining room, • the bathroom, • the hallway, • the entrance hallway and • the terrace with a relaxation area and a smoking area. Other things to note Upon request, I can provide a camping cot for a fee of €10 per stay. We love animals, but for organizational reasons, if you are traveling with your four-legged friends, please write to me before booking so we can try to arrange the reservation. Then, for the well-being of your furry friends, out of respect for the neighbors, and for the safety of the home, we kindly ask that you not leave them unattended inside the property. Thank you.
