This charming ivy-covered house is your perfect base to explore the beautiful Gers region. - Sleeps 6 (2 double beds, 2 single beds) - Private terrace (south) with BBQ - Access to a large seasonal shared pool - Equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Bright and comfortable living room - Peaceful, rural setting The space A comfortable and convenient independent vacation home that can accommodate up to 6 people. Bedrooms: The house has three separate bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathrooms: A family bathroom with bath and shower, plus separate toilet (WC). Living room: An open, bright and airy living space, with comfortable sofas. Kitchen: A large fully-equipped kitchen with a traditional oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. Ideal for preparing delicious meals with products from local markets. Guest access - Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire independent house. - This includes your private south-facing terrace and garden area, with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture for meals. - Private and secure parking is available for you on the property. - The large sunny pool and sun loungers are shared with your hosts, Angela and Brian. Please note: the pool is not heated and is open from May to October. Other things to note Car: A car is essential to make the most of your stay, shop and explore the beautiful Gers region. Pool safety: The pool is not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. All guests swim at their own risk. Pool towels: Pool towels are at your disposal. Wi-Fi: We provide excellent free Wi-Fi with a speed of 200 Mb/s. No smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house. No parties: Parties or events are not allowed.
