The space I designed and built this loft style home (Jordan Iverson Signature Homes) to provide a comfortable space for anyone visiting Eugene. It's convenient to all that Eugene has to offer, located in the Midtown/Downtown District area. Private & secure, w/all living space sitting up above 2 private garages, w/it's own private interior entrance w/digital keypad access. There are 2 TV's and high speed internet provided. ->The private bedroom closes off & has blackout shades for sleeping in or afternoon naps. The comfy Queen sized bed includes the linens, pillows, and blankets you'll need. There is also a closet with hanging space -> The bathroom has a tub/shower with endless hot water for relaxing showers. Soaps, shampoos and plush towels are all included. A hair dryer and makeup wipes are also provided. -> There is a laundry space in the bathroom with Washer/Dryer and detergent provided. -> Stocked kitchen w/everything down to the spices required for cooking a meal. Stainless sink, Fridge, oven/range, microwave and dishwasher. A blender and toaster are also provided. Keurig coffee/tea machine w/an assortment of options. -> The open loft style living space with soaring vaulted ceilings and natural light features a plush Article brand sofa bed, large TV, dining space, additional rolling bistro space for working or coffee and access to the large outdoor balcony/deck with another bistro table and gas BBQ. Very private space. -> Located near a number of Eugene's top restaurants and attractions and just a short trip by bike, foot or car to the University of Oregon, downtown and more. Including The Hult Center (.8 miles), McDonald Theater (.4 miles), Autzen Stadium (2.4miles), etc. Grab an Uber or Lyft or just walk or bike, it's all so close. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access It's all yours! Completely private home sits above 2 private garage spaces of a separate detached luxury townhome. No shared accesses or common living walls. Front door access is through a private (bright yellow) entry door & long flight of indoor private stairs, with ALL living space upstairs. Other things to note Park free directly in front of the yellow door to the right side of the concrete driveway. **Look for the yellow painted line** NO parking in front of the private garage doors below the home. Those are reserved for the condo owners to the East. There is also street parking nearby though on 19th and around the corner. **Watch for the 2-hour parking and metered, versus overnight parking locations**.
