Cozy apartment in scenic surroundings, short road to Skånevik and several of Western Norway's natural gems. First floor apartment in house, apartment shares front door but both accommodation units each have their own door and tenants have their own hallway. Parking outside the house. Large outdoor area with terrace, garden furniture and fire pan. On the property live 2 cats and 2 dogs. Guest access The area in the garden and around the terrace has a nice fence that gives guests a private area, here you have garden furniture and a fire pit for barbecue. The courtyard is free and used but shared with the owner. Other things to note Many nice mountain hikes and hiking areas in the area. Great hike right from the property towards Vannesvegen with a nice view. Skånevik has a lot to offer, such as its own outdoor pool. Grocery store, Spar. Larsen bakery. A short ferry ride across the fjord and you have a short travel distance to Rosendal and Bondhusvatnet. Nice round trip and drive from Rosendal on to Odda and back.
