The space Our self contained guest annex is a compact 1 room unit, ideal for a couple looking for a peaceful short break, individual on a business trip wanting to unwind after a busy day, or nature lovers wanting to explore wildlife at neighbouring nature reserves (Baston & Willow Tree Fen) or our own resident wildlife. Our barn conversion was lovingly restored in 2015; we retained one side of the property for a guest annex with its own private entrance & garden view, meaning you will receive privacy with no over-looking windows from the main house. Ample secure parking, offset 100m from the road down a private gated driveway. Overnight facilities of fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, water & wine glasses are all provided (not a full kitchen, no oven or hob or washing machine). A gran grab and go breakfast (granola, pastries, porridge, fruit, juice is also provided Based on our conservation award winning farm, in a prime wildlife area, with no close neighbours, this unique setting will enable you to experience complete peace and tranquility, immerse yourself in bird song, watch the morning hares & pheasants, catch a glimpse of deer or our resident barn owl, swallows, cuckoo, geese and many more.......the perfect peaceful place to enjoy the stunning fenland sunsets. Located in a prime wildlife area, alongside neighbouring nature reserve (willow tree fen, famous for marsh harriers & breeding cranes) our farm is dedicated to wildlife, growing 200 acres for our mail order bird seed company Vine House Farm, in partnership with the wildlife trust. My father Nicholas Watts is a dedicated conservationist and received an MBE from the queen for his work for farming and conservation. The main farming operation is at Vine House Farm based 10mins away in Deeping at Nicholas, where you can also visit our farm shop & cafe for lunch or breakfast, take a walk round their wildlife gardens and attend farm walks Whilst infants are welcome, and we can provide travel cots or a toddler bed, please note that it a 1 room unit advertised for 1-2 people. There is no facility for children to be in a separate room.
