You have your own private entrance for complete privacy. Easy access via a key lock box and no shared hallways. Come and go at your convenience and there is parking to the front of the property. Guest access The entire space is available for guests to use. I can provide a bistro set also, if you would like to sit out, however there is no specific garden or patio area. Other things to note There is parking for one car to the front of the property. It is very centrally located and all local amenities you may need are in walking distance. Please note that there are some steps to the front of the property to gain access. Inside the premises, it is all on one level.
