Beautiful lake offers year-round fun with boating and swimming in the summers, ice fishing and snowmobiling in winter. Nearby ski-slopes and cross-country skiing as well. Great base spot for all your recreation - hunters, ATV's etc. Big hot-topped driveway for all your driving needs. Camper hook-up as well. The apartment is around the back of the house. The inside is two queen beds and a futon, a full bath and kitchen. Very simple but rugged. There is a large fire pit area in the middle of the yard. We just took the dock out for the winter. See the updated pics. We're located at the top of the hill, and the large hot-topped driveway is just over the crest of the hill. We will be available as needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood, near town. Winter Ice Fishing and snow shoeing off the lake or local trails. Great walking, running or bicycling area. Ample parking, easy to navigate the area.
