The space On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped American style kitchen, open to a spacious and bright dining room with a beautiful table, ideal for sharing special moments. The lounge has a modern white sofa in front of the TV, next to a huge window overlooking the garden and pool, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, on this floor there is a modern toilet for added convenience. The second floor houses three comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden; a second room with two single beds and an elegant decor; and a third room with a bunk bed, perfect for kids or friends. On the third floor, a spectacular glazed room, decorated in white and gray tones, with a double bed and direct access to a private terrace with stunning views. On this terrace you can relax on comfortable sofas and enjoy a unique experience with the projector, ideal for watching movies or outdoor series. Guest access On the outside of the house, you can enjoy several areas designed for maximum comfort and entertainment. From the dining room, you will access an outdoor table next to the barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. There is also an elegant chill-out area with a comfortable white sofa, perfect for relaxing. At the back of the garden, you will find a spectacular overflowing pool, with another outdoor table and a sofa area for lounging by the water. In addition, the garden-pool area has a toilet and a sauna for added convenience. For lovers of sport and fun, the property has a ping pong table and basketball basket.
