The space Our home is very warm, built with double-brick walls and fully insulated for excellent heat retention. Heat pumps in the lounge, electric blankets in each bed, and heaters in each room make sure you’re warm enough for Bluff’s weather. Air conditioner also ensures you a chill summer during your stay. Just minutes from Bluff Hill Lookout, Stirling Point, and the ferry to Stewart Island, ideal for adventurers, foodies, and nature lovers alike. Guest access The entire house and backyard. Other things to note Our home is located on the main road in Bluff, close to the sea. While the ocean/estuary is nearby, the view is partially limited by large watertanks across the road. We like to be open about this so guests can choose a place that truly feels right for them and enjoy a comfortable, relaxed stay. Glimpse the lively log yards and lagoon through the harbor tanks. It’s authentic port life at its best—industrial, active, and never boring.
