Don’t miss the chance to make this delightful retreat your own! The space Inside, the home boasts two inviting bedrooms, each featuring a cozy double bed, ensuring restful nights. The warm and welcoming lounge, complete with a charming log burner, invites you to unwind after a day of exploration. Outside, discover your own private courtyard and a garden that adds a touch of enchantment to this beautiful property. Guest access Guests have access to all of the property apart from a closed off area at the top of the garden as there are a lot of logs and uneven ground. Other things to note *Parking** Guests can park in any of the nearby roads. If you have more than one car with you please do not park both cars in Gaol Road as this can get busy. There is a car park near by at The Cottage which is an old pub, you can park here if you would prefer. Please ensure you are parking safely and legally, do not block any driveways or park too close to the corners of the road to ensure other cars can pass you easily. Please DO NOT park in front of the gates next to the property as these gates require regular access to the neighbouring field. If you want to unload your car please pull up outside the property and put your hazard lights on, do not block the gates next to the property at any time. **Pets** Pets are also welcome to the property for an additional charge per pet. Please do not leave pets unattended in the property at any time. Please do not let pets on any of the furniture including beds upstairs. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning required after your pet has visited you may be subject to an additional charge. - Pets are welcome in the secure grassy areas of the garden. However, please be mindful that the boundaries consist of bushes and trees, so it may be prudent to inspect the area for any potential escape routes that I may have overlooked. For your convenience, the courtyard is fully enclosed, allowing you to restrict your pets' access to this area if desired. - The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed positioned against one wall. - One bath towel per guest will be provided for the duration of your stay, you may wish to bring more if you are having a longer trip - As the property is situated in the countryside, please be aware that the summer months may bring an increase in flies due to proximity to open fields. To assist in managing this, fly swatters and insect spray can be made available upon request. - The garden features multiple levels, highlighted by a secure courtyard with a gate that provides access to grassy areas connected by a pathway through the mature trees and flowers. Children are welcome to explore the garden; however, we kindly ask that you accompany them on their initial visit to ensure they understand how to navigate the space safely. Please also be aware of varying levels throughout the garden and take care when moving throughout these areas.
