Despite the size, this offers you everything you need for a relaxing break. You enter the house through the glazed entrance door. To the left you will find a cozy living area with a cozy couch to relax after a nice day at the beach. From here you can enjoy an unobstructed view through the large panoramic window of the recently created, wide sandy beach and the Weser. To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped fitted kitchen. Coffee and tea are ready, as well as everything you need for cooking. A table with chairs offers you the opportunity for a game night, for exuberant conversations with a drink of your choice and eating together. The ground floor is completed by the shower room to freshen up after a day at the beach. A staircase leads to the plateau and thus to the cozy sleeping area. The windows there offer a wonderful view right in the morning without having to get up. The tiny house is insulated all around and you can keep a cool head even on hot summer days thanks to the air conditioning. On the private terrace you will find a dining table with four chairs. Guest access The tiny house and the entire 280 sqm property are yours. You can access the house via keys in a key box. You will receive the exact position and the code for the combination lock in good time before arrival. Other things to note Shopping is about 15 minutes away in Hagen im Bremischen. In about 10 minutes you can reach the nearest highway ramp on the A27 towards Bremerhaven (north) or Bremen (south) by car. The door can be closed by pushing the door handle upwards. This is how the key can be turned. It would be very kind and helpful for the cleaning staff if you would remove the bed and sheets after the last night and put the laundry in the lower part of the house. Thank you!
