The open-plan living space features a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern en-suite shower room. Guests have their own private entrance with a staircase leading to the property, as well as convenient off-road parking. Ideally situated just 10 minutes from Winchester and 30 minutes from Southampton, with easy access to local bus and train services. A convenience store and three lovely local pubs are all within a short walk. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the studio annexe, including the en-suite shower room and full kitchen.
