We are pleased to host you in this Bali-inspired cocoon, whether you are coming as a couple, with family or for work. You will find all the comforts - air conditioning, connected TV, bluetooth speaker, ... We've renovated this place with quality materials to make it feel like home. Gallargues is a typical village of the South, with its small streets and close to the sea and other points of interest. The space Come and relax in this fully renovated bubble, quiet and located in the heart of the village (sleeps 1-4) Located in an old village house (a little "biscorn" and low ceiling in places, that's what makes it charming...), this accommodation is 3 minutes from the highway, 20 minutes from Nîmes, 25 minutes from Montpellier, 25 minutes from the beaches of Grau-du-Roi and Grande Motte. This apartment will seduce you with its tranquility, amenities and decoration, mixing Roman stones, exposed beam and modernity. PETS: Our 4-legged pets are welcome upon prior request, if they are clean and do not cause any damage. If not, there will be a charge for extra cleaning or replacement of supplies. PARKING You can park a few meters from the accommodation in the free parking lot of the town hall square or in the surrounding alleys. There's always free spots. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT The accommodation is ideal for 1 to 4 people (a double bed of 140 cm x 190 cm and a quality sofa bed with a real 140x190 cm mattress). The windows are equipped with curtains for privacy, and thermal blackout curtains for the night and preserve cold and/or heat. LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN: The accommodation consists of a beautiful pleasant living room with a sofa bed, table and four chairs . A fully equipped and equipped kitchen to offer you more comfort (induction hob, top fridge, microwave/grill, connected TV, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle). A mango buffet is available for guests. A Bluetooth speaker is also available. NIGHT CORNER: The sleeping area is located in a small master suite, with a trunk bed to store your suitcases, and a rag box and 2 hooks with hangers. You'll find wall outlets on each side of the bed. The bedside lamps are handmade. SHOWER/WATER ROOM: A step-free shower is in the master suite. In the shower you will find shower gel and shampoo. In the furniture you find 1 hair dryer, make-up remover, cottons and a steamer. WORKERS Cosi Bali is a nice place to work remotely. The table is large, 500MB internet connection, multiple outlets near the table to connect the computer, air conditioning. HIGH speed WiFi will allow you to stay connected to the internet and smart TV, to keep you entertained after a day full of discoveries. You have the option to log in to your Netflix, Disney, or Amazon Prime account. Make sure to disconnect when you leave. To ensure optimal comfort during your stay we provide you with: - sheets for bedding (no renewal during the stay) - Towels (no renewal during the stay) - Kitchen towel (no renewal during the stay) - hand soap (no renewal during the stay) - Dish soap. - tea and coffee (Tassimo pods are provided for the first breakfast ) We ALWAYS do an in-depth cleaning of the apartment to bring you comfort and serenity. We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in a perfect state of repair. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice any damage to the property. In addition, 2 security cameras are installed in the common areas only to ensure a secure environment. The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping, no parties or overflowing are allowed. Check-in times are available from 3pm. Don't hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Check-out times are mandatory before 11am. Other things to note The home is located in the heart of the village, which is a quiet and friendly place. Therefore, we thank you in advance for respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We will send you check-in instructions to pick up the keys to the accommodation the morning of your arrival.
