You'll have a great time at this updated and comfortable ranch home. With 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for your guests! We specialize in 2+ month stays for families undergoing home repairs or work crews working on local projects. This home has a 30 day minimum to book. The home was set-up to be a "like home" as possible. We strictly do not allow pets for any reason, at anytime. We do take insurance stays. You Too Can Host is the management company. The space Bedroom Layout: Primary- Queen size bed with smart tv and sofa 2nd bedroom- Twin size bed 3rd bedroom- Full size bed 4th bedroom- Full size bed with TV We are conveniently located just one exit from the airport- just a 15 minute drive. You’ll be close to plenty of shopping and dining options as well! There is a quaint living room complete with a flat-screen TV! The living room is mostly open to the dining room. Then the dining room is open to the kitchen. It's a great space for everyone to be together before retreating to one of four bedrooms. There are two rooms with a toilet and sink, and one room with a shower. Note: There is one shower in the home. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home and private fenced backyard. There is 1 locked owners closet that guests do not have access to. Other things to note .. • There’s a driveway that fits 2 to 3 cars and street parking as well if needed. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon. • Check-out is at 11 a.m. A late check-out can be arranged at least three days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee is $40 per every hour past 11 a.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning! We will have a few check-out instructions for you including taking your trash and recycling to the driveway cans. • The air conditioning is known to run best at between 74 to 76 degrees. Keep in mind that this house is not able to get super cold. • Do not over stuff the washer. Please fill it only 75% full or less. It is better to do 2 medium loads than 1 jumbo load. Your clothes will be cleaner with smaller loads. • The home is all one level but you will need to step down into the second bedroom (which is a converted one car garage). • Congratulations!
