The apartment is bright, quiet and offers a beautiful view – in good weather even with sunset. It is ideal for solo travelers, couples or friends and can accommodate up to 4 people. 🛏 Sleeping & living Bedroom: cozy with a large, comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), window with blackout option (shutters) Living room: pull-out sofa bed with a lying area of 140 x 200 cm – can be used as a second bedroom if necessary Comfortable seating, TV, Wi-Fi Access to the small balcony with table – perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening 🍽 Kitchen & dining The modern, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking or a cozy get-together: - Oven, stove, fridge with freezer - Dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster - Pans, pots, glasses, dishes & cutlery Dining table with space for up to 4 people – ideal for breakfast or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere 🚿 Bathroom The bright and friendly bathroom is pleasantly spacious and equipped with a spacious shower cubicle and plenty of storage space. Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. Hand soap, shampoo and shower gel as well as a hairdryer are also provided. 🧺 Laundry facilities & parking Washing machine in the basement, for a fee (coin machine) Free parking for use directly at the property 📍 Location & surroundings The apartment is located in Root, near Lucerne – quiet but well connected: - Only a 7-minute walk to Gisikon-Root train station - Only 15–20 minutes to Lucerne (by train or car) Ideally located for trips to Zug, Zurich, Rigi, Pilatus, Titlis and Central Switzerland A special highlight nearby: The chocolate museum of the local chocolatier Aeschbach in Root - a sweet experience that you should not miss!
