Directly across the road are the beautiful Pier Gardens, four miles of promenade and the expansive beaches of the mouth of the Humber Estuary. It is situated centrally for the lovely shops, bars and restaurants of the High St and Seaview St areas, with all Cleethorpes has to offer within easy walking distance. The space This is a one bedroomed ground floor garden apartment, which is at the back of the building. It therefore has no sea view but instead directly benefits from the use of the garden and patio, and basks in the afternoon and early evening sun due to its south-facing aspect. Recently modernised and refurbished, it is a bright and airy open plan living room/ kitchen, a bathroom with walk in shower partition, and one double bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed - accommodating up to two extra guests by prior arrangement, and a Smart TV – WiFi is included so you can log into your own entertainment accounts or cast onto it using your smartphone or laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you should need, including a washer/dryer. There is an oven and induction hob, an integrated fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bedroom is a good size, with an original victorian antique brass double bed, dressing table with a mirror and built in wardrobe and drawers which have been carefully retained as part of the original fabric of the building. A hairdryer is provided, and also an iron and ironing board. The bathroom proved a quirky space to renovate and has a partitioned wall with a shower with a wet room floor – there is a small step up into the shower. Towels are provided, and soap. Guest access This apartment can be accessed from the back gate through the garden, without having to come through the building if you would prefer not to. The locks in the premises are suited, so one key gives guests access to the main front and back doors, the back gate and the apartment. This means it’s easy and convenient to access through the front door of the building too, if need be. There is a garden with artificial lawn, a good sized patio with picnic bench and a large shed. There is a keysafe, enabling self check-in when required, by prior agreement. Other things to note Parking for this property is on-street, or there is a council pay and display car park in the adjacent street (Yarra Rd) which is payable during the day (maximum cost £6) and free after 6pm. There are varying restrictions on the roadside parking during the day, but there are some unrestricted parking spaces available and I can advise on this. Previous guests have not encountered many problems with this.
