The space The Golden Lion is a traditional inn in the heart of Maria Taferl. In this probably most beautiful region of Austria, it is easy to switch off from everyday life. In the fourth generation, Margit and Andreas Frey run the traditional "Löwen" in Maria Taferl with a great sense for old and new. Boutique hotel, inn, shelter and free space form an ensemble that breathes history and combines modern comfort in charming summer freshness. The "Alpenpanorama" museum - the small attraction in Maria Taferl, is right next door. The inn "Zum goldenen Löwen" is one of the treasures in the Nibelungengau. Other things to note Bicycles can be parked in our garage. E-bikes: Please note that for safety reasons, the battery must always be removed when e-bikes are parked. With us, breakfast is served in our dining room or in fine weather on the veranda in front of the house.
