Just 15–20 mins from renowned restaurants like Mojigao, Burger Factory, and Thalassa, and a 20 minute drive to Vagator and Anjuna beaches. A private chef can also be arranged at an additional cost to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ingredients as per actuals. Guests may also order in via Swiggy, Zomato & Blinkit. 🍽️ Dining Area Adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6 guests comfortably. Other things to note GROCERIES – if you'd like us to keep groceries ready for you prior to your arrival, please let us know and share the list of groceries with us in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we would be happy to provide you with the contact numbers of a delivery service. MEALS – Our team can provide you with the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredients and adds a preparation fee and she is very reasonable). Else, many famous restaurants are available for food delivery to the villa on Zomato and Swiggy. POWER BACKUP The villa is equipped with a genset (generator backup) to ensure uninterrupted power supply during outages. 🧹 Daily housekeeping is provided 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towels and linen are provided, with a full change after every 3rd night. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 27 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 30,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.
