It is a corner unit on the 2nd floor, with lots of windows that allow for bright light and cross breezes, decorated in a casual beach style. With the queen bed in the bedroom, there is also a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room, that offers sleeping for a total of 4 people. Rent includes all utilities - electricity, cable, wi-fi, water/sewer and trash. Clean and well maintained within a smaller complex complete with assigned parking, onsite laundry and a pool and lounge/sun area for your enjoyment. The beach is just across the street~ YES, IT ONLY TAKES A 90 SECOND WALK TO GET THERE! So close, you can see the ocean from the door. Enjoy the sun, sand and waves at your disposal any time and we'll supply beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler. The city park is a block away. About 3 blocks west (Behind) is the city library, tennis courts, racquet/hand ball courts, recreation center, police station, city hall, fire rescue and another exercise park. About a mile south is the famous Cocoa Beach pier, and just south of that is Ron Jon's. Restaurants abound within an easy stroll or quick car ride. Local grocery and liquor stores are also near by. Port Canaveral is also near by, where you can sail the Caribbean on one of several major cruise lines, or go deep sea fishing on one of the day or night fishing charters. There's also a casino boat that sails twice daily, afternoon and an evening cruise, to have a few drinks, some music and some gaming in international waters. $2250 p/month May thru October, $2700 p/month Nov & December and $3300 p/month November thru April.
