Lilla Paradiset

At Paradiset, you live in a wonderful and peaceful place. There are 3 properties nearby, but no neighbors living right next door. The view you encounter at the back of the house is striking, with islets, reeds, a glimpse of the sea, and birds. If you're lucky, you'll see both sea eagles and great egrets. The space The accommodation of about 75 sqm consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a kitchen and living room with an open floor plan. The view from the terrace at the back of the house faces the ocean, which you can catch a glimpse of between the trees in summer. About 500 meters from the cottage is the sea with a jetty and the opportunity for swimming and fishing. The accommodation is secluded near the water about 3 km from the town of Söderåkra where there is public transport that takes you to Kalmar or Bergkvara. In Söderåkra there is a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station. In Bergkvara, there is a nice restaurant by the sea near a swimming area. The location of the cottage is close to the Kalmarsundsleden hiking trail. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire home. Other things to note Half of the cottage is newly built and right now there is no hot water in the kitchen but there is a dishwasher. There is hot water in the bathroom. The whole plot is fenced so you can have dogs loose in the garden. About 400 meters from the cottage there is a jetty with the possibility of swimming.
