Its ideal setting will allow you to fully enjoy the city's liveliness with the pedestrian area, bars and restaurants nearby, and reach the countryside in a matter of minutes. You'll also have access to the mansion's private courtyard and be able to enjoy the events that take place there during summer time. The space "Le Cocand" offers four different apartments, all located in this 18th century private mansion at the heart of the historic center. This one, with a view on the courtyard, and its authentic charm and contemporary design furnitures, will make you feel instantly refreshed, engulfing you in its peaceful and cosy atmosphere. This 40m2 apartment is laid is organised as follow: - a living-room with a sofa-bed (140cmx200cm), open on a fully-equiped kitchen (oven, induction cooking hob, fridge, dish-washer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster...), with a view on the courtyard - a bathroom with zellige ceramics and an italian shower made with travertin stones, and its toilets - a  bedroom with a 160cmx200cm double bed, separated from the livingroom with a curtain and a few stairs, with a view on the courtyard This apartment is located on the first floor, with no lift (not fitted for someone with reduced mobility).
