Small cozy cottage. Is under ongoing renovation. New floors, new kitchen and bathroom. New annex with double bed. Quiet area 5 min. walk from the beach. 15 min. walk from the city. Unfortunately, we do NOT rent to groups of young people. We do not recommend that there are more than 4 adults in the house for everyone to have a good experience. There is a bedroom with a double bed. Annex with a double bed. The space We try to create a cozy and modern decor. The house is not big but has a lot of soul and coziness. Guest access You have the whole house plus annex available Other things to note Guests must bring their own bedding and towels. the guest arrives at a clean house. Must therefore leave a clean house upon departure. Otherwise, there will be a cleaning fee of DKK 750. If you want to purchase final cleaning, it must be agreed the day before departure. The house is heated with a heat pump or a wood-burning stove. Electricity is read on arrival and on departure, and you pay for your own consumption. There is a form that is used for this.
