There is a small step up into the front door and kitchen door also a step from the ground floor bedroom into the back garden patio. The back garden that you can access and secure with a padlocked gate. There is a key box for the front door the code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Other things to note Exmouth has excellent sandy beaches for all the family with fishing and water sports as well as swimming areas with seasonal life guards on duty.
