This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You will be staying in the heart of the city, where all amenities are within walking distance! Bakery, butcher shop, bookstore/newsagent, tobacco shop, pizzeria, and even a hairdresser, pharmacy, post office, and train station :) For outings, you'll find Chantilly a 20-minute drive away, as well as beautiful areas nearby for walks and picnics. It is clean, bright, and pleasant to live in, but it is not intended to be a luxury hotel. Above all, you will find a warm, authentic and caring atmosphere. Two cats live in this house daily, they love to pet them, but stay on their side with the children, do not hesitate to let your little ones know that the cats will come from them even if we stay quiet. they can go out whenever they want, nevertheless the gray and white takes a smart pleasure in wanting to "go out" (go out+come in) do not let yourself have by its beautiful moustaches! In order to ensure their well-being a trusted person can spend about every two days cleaning the litter boxes and checking that they have everything they need. This tour is quick and is always done with respect for your tranquility. If you prefer not to have a visit during your stay, it is quite possible: We offer a discount of €8 per day if you agree to take over to manage food and litter during your presence (valid if stay longer than 2 nights). For showers, having only one bathroom with a 100L balloon and sleeping up to 8 people, it will be advisable to organize yourself well so that everyone has hot water (or run faster to be the first one!! -and obviously being careful on the stairs:)-) The hot water tank is to be turned on manually in the evening to have hot water the next morning. For showers during the day, it will take 3 hours of forced heating and remember to put the breaker back on "auto" ( mode which is one of them since the AUTO mode has NEVER worked-> I'm working on the question but I have several topics in progress...) So, for large groups, it would be a good idea to organize yourselves and stagger your showers so that the water can be replenished (and the golden rule with water heaters is to turn off the water while you’re washing so that there’s more hot water for the next person – unless you don’t really like the next person, in which case I’ll leave it up to you!! :)- Need we say more?
