Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes all three bedrooms and their attached bathrooms, the main living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the dedicated workspace, and the private outdoor terrace and balcony. You can make yourself at home and enjoy the entire property to yourselves. Other things to note Important House Rules 1. We kindly request all guests checkout time of 11:00 AM. This helps us prepare the villa in time to provide a seamless experience for incoming guests. Late checkouts may inconvenience the next guests, so we truly appreciate your cooperation. Please note that any checkout beyond the scheduled time will incur a charge of ₹10,000. 2. Visitor Policy For the comfort and security of all guests, only registered guests are allowed on the property. If any unauthorised visitors arrive, an additional charge of ₹700 per person will apply—even for short visits. 3. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, hookah, e-cigarettes, cigars, and similar items. Smoking is only permitted in designated lobby areas. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a fine of ₹10,000. 4. Pet Policy Pets are not allowed on the property—even if they’re irresistibly cute 🙂 Bringing a pet without prior permission will result in an additional charge of ₹10,000.
