It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from the A20. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The accommodation consists of: - A BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa and armchairs, perfect for your TV nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. - A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking. - A DINING ROOM: It can accommodate up to 8 people for a meal with family or friends. - TWO BEDROOMS ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Two bedrooms with standard-size beds (140x200 cm) featuring high-quality bedding and a dressing area. - A BATHROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Relax in the shower, where towels and a hair dryer are provided. - A LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light—a washing machine is available at the property. - A BEDROOM ON THE UPPER FLOOR: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm), both featuring high-quality bedding and a dressing area. - A BATHROOM UPSTAIRS: Relax in the shower, where towels and a hair dryer are provided. Guest access Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home. SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in on your own starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival. PARKING: The property does not have a private parking space, but you can park in front of the house without any issues. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information: HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged. CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the property as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens. DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve. DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed.
