Welcome to "Bahat BaGolan," a unique holiday home in peaceful Ein Zivan, in the northern Golan Heights. The property includes two cozy studio units, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Each studio has a double bed, a double sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a 65-inch TV with streaming services. Each unit also has a private entrance and a furnished balcony overlooking the valley. Ideal for a quiet, private and comfortable getaway. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests. The space The suite shown in the photos features an open-plan design and includes a double bed, a sofa that opens into a double bed, and a single mattress. The bathroom includes a newly renovated shower, towels and toiletries. The living area features a 65-inch smart TV with streaming services, a work desk and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric stovetop, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, tableware, wine glasses, coffee and tea supplies, and a dining area for 2 guests. A Shabbat hot plate and hot-water urn are also available. The suite has a private entrance accessed by stairs and a furnished balcony overlooking the view. Guests have access to one private parking space, with additional street parking available. Breakfast is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Guests can also enjoy a winery tour and a tasting of six different wines at a special rate, including a 10% discount off the regular price. The suite accommodates up to six guests. Please note that children under the age of 10 cannot be accommodated in this suite. A public shelter is located within a few minutes’ walk. Guest access In the kibbutz there is a supermarket and a synagogue within walking distance, which is active during holidays. Nearby, you will find a variety of attractions, including: Chocolate workshops, seasonal self-picking, the Mount Bental viewpoint, the Valley of Tears, Odem Forest, and nature trails in the area. In addition, you will find local restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. We will be happy to recommend places to you upon your arrival! Other things to note We do not accept parties of any kind, including bachelor / bachelorette parties. Any additional guest beyond what is written in the reservation is required to pay an additional fee. It is not possible to bring any type of speaker into the complex. We accept guests aged 18 and over only, or when accompanied by an adult. The reservation price includes 18% VAT. Guests who are tourists and present a passport and a valid B2 stay visa will receive a refund of this tax at the time of check-in.
