Villa Lambert (The Loft)

This place has a decidedly unique style. Spacious 60 m2 loft with no doors inside for an extraordinary experience for two. PS: The Spa and the outdoor Jacuzzi are not included in the booking price, so check with the owner beforehand for the rates, as well as the gym, which is only accessible with a coach (certified). Same Check with the host for the price and time slots. The space ⸻ Welcome to our Airbnb home! Please follow the following rules: 1. Maximum number of guests: 2 people. (Accepts an additional child under 3 years old, just let us know in advance). 2. Additional visits: prohibited during the stay. 3. Other visitors: none may sleep on the premises. In case of non-compliance, a fee of 50 euros per night and per additional person will be applied. 4. Cleanliness: the accommodation must be left clean and tidy, as on arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. 5. Damage: any damage will incur a fee. 6. Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside. 7. Trash cans: they must be brought to the dump at your expense, as indicated in the house rules. 8. Toilets: Obstruction/Clogging, it is forbidden to flush anything other than toilet paper. Any obstruction will be at your expense, including the costs of intervention by a professional. 9. Pets: no pets are allowed in the accommodation during the stay. 10. It is strictly prohibited to charge your (electric) vehicle using an outlet in the house. Charge your electric vehicle at a dedicated terminal or incur a fee. 11. A deposit of 400 euros will be required upon arrival. (mandatory) Other things to note The interior of the property is non-smoking Do not throw any cigarette butts and other items on the ground Respect the exteriors. Do not attempt to access the indoor/outdoor private areas. Pets are not allowed. Any party is strictly prohibited. The gym is only accessible with a coach (certified).
