Home on a lake near Amsterdam - sleeps up to 11

Our home is idyllically located on a small lake, 30 minutes from Amsterdam and walking /cycling distance from the beautiful city of Haarlem. 5 minute walk to all amenities. The beach is a 30 minute cycle from the house and we have body boards you can borrow. Some bikes are also available for use. On the lake you can swim, kayak and paddle board. This is where we live so there are family photos in various rooms. No parties please. The space On the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with eating area that looks out over the lake. There is also a living room with fireplace and downstairs toilet. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms. One with a classical double bed (1,4m*2m) and one King RV-size bed (1,8m*2m). There is also an office / single room and bath room with bath and shower. On the second floor there are two rooms. One with an elevated single bed (0,9m*2m) and the other with a single bed with a bed that rolls underneath (both 0,9m*2m). On this floor is also a toilet / shower room. There is also a washing machine and dryer on this floor. There is also a table tennis table on this floor. Outside there is a garden table with chairs and an outdoor lounge area. You also have access to the lake for swimming and kayaking / paddle-boarding (1 adult one and 2 kiddy kayaks and 1 paddle board provided). Lot’s of people swim there and paddle board/kayak throughout the year. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people (without using the sofa bed) and I can provide 3 other matrasses for sleeping on the floor. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves and there is free parking outside the door. There is just one room and the basement that are not accessible. These are not in the photos. Check-in can also happen late as I have a key box Other things to note Please remember that this is the house where we live, it's not perfect and there are photos of the family on the walls.
