Now tastefully renovated, the property features 2 spacious bedrooms as well as a large living room with sofa bed allowing it to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. Set entirely on the ground floor, it is also a perfect accommodation for those of reduced mobility. Stepping out through the patio doors, a private garden with outdoor dining table gives way immediately to the wide open space of the Voie Verte, the former railway line now converted into a fully tarmacked 75km long cycle path connecting Chalon sur Saone and Macon. A variety of exercise equipment, a football pitch, basketball court and a children's play area are all available within metres of the property whilst the old Saint Gengoux station sits next door featuring tourist information and bicycles to rent for those who wish to explore further. A lockable shed is available for those who bring their own bikes. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, the large front garden as well as the gardens to the side and to the rear. The rear garden gives way directly to the Cycle Path, Basketball/Football court and adventure equipment so children can play independently yet never be out of sight. Other things to note The Property is supplied with all linen and towels free of charge. A lockable shed is available for storing bikes or other equipment.
