The Fleece Room

Welcome to The Fleece Room, a converted home originally build in the 1700’s. Located in Grafton, the house has lovely views up Bredon Hill and over The Cotswolds. Perfect for a couples getaway or a trip with friends, it sleeps up to four. 1 x double room and 1 x king/twin room (please specify requirements when booking). Dog friendly. Accessibility is limited at The Fleece Room due to steps to enter the property and narrow steps up to the bedrooms and shower-room which is located upstairs. The space Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 4 people. Cosy living room with leather sofas, electric fire & heating, games and books and smart TV provided. The bathroom is upstairs with an electric shower & underfloor heating. Bedroom on first floor is a double bed with smart TV and wardrobe with storage. Bedroom on second floor can be either twin beds or a king (please specify upon booking) and also has wardrobe storage with a smart TV. Long term stays welcome by arrangement.
