We guarantee a relaxing stay with views across the surrounding field, a quiet location and everything you need for a comfortable break, a short drive to the busy town of Bude, but away from the crowds. The house includes all the extras and accessories you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 slot toaster, filter coffee machine and tea/coffee/sugar for your stay. Both these rooms have TVs and USB plug sockets. The sleeping accommodation comprises of one king-sized bedroom (space for a travel cot), triple bunk room (double and single bed stacked, also space for a second travel cot and one small single room, all with black out blinds/curtains. The bathroom consists of a bath- shower, loo and sink. The outdoor area includes decking with a table and chairs to seat 5 and a BBQ and an outdoor sofa. It is a private space for your use only and is immediately outside the house. There is private off-road parking for up to 3 cars next to the house. The Cornish Retreat is perfectly situated to escape the busy holiday town of Bude, while being close enough to benefit from its array of outdoor activities, restaurants and shops only a short drive or leisurely walk away. Guest access This house has the owners’ residence adjoining, but both houses and parking are entirely separate and are both accessed independently of each other. We keep ourselves to ourselves, always with a smile on our faces 😊 We have small children and love to welcome families and respectful adult groups. Other things to note **Only 1 dog allowed per stay** Dogs must NOT be left alone at the property, must stay downstairs and need to be taken out on a lead as the garden is NOT 100% SECURE.
