The space "Le Plain-pied du Pêcheur" is a bright and spacious house, ideal for a break with friends, a sports stay or a getaway to discover the Haute-Loire. Hikers, cyclists, heritage lovers or business travelers will find comfort, peace and convenience. Located in Brives-Charensac, in a quiet residential area close to the Loire, it offers quick access to the Puy-en-Velay, shops, the greenway and many outdoor activities. The house (90 sqm, excluding garage) is functionally arranged and has: • A large bright living room with two French doors opening to the terrace, with open kitchen (gas hob, range hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Magimix espresso coffee maker and filter (ground coffee or pods), kettle, toaster, Mr. Kitchen robot, juicer, vegetable cutter, blender), living room with electric sofa, TV and armchairs, • Three bedrooms: – One with 160 cm bed, chest of drawers and carry, – One with 140 cm bed, chest of drawers and hanger, – One with 2 single beds of 90 x 190 cm, a desk and a French door opening onto the terrace, • Bathroom with bath and shower, • A separate toilet, • A 27m2 garage with a washing machine, sink, and laundry line.
