Welcome to Chalet de la Croix de Bois Serrechevalier Holidays, a contemporary chalet that can accommodate 20 people, ideal for 5 families, bathed in sunshine all day and in absolute tranquility! Large bay windows, large terrace, south-facing garden, fireplaces, game rooms will allow you to enjoy it with family or friends all year round. The space The chalet is ideal for 5 families, the two apartments are connected by a door, and the two living-dining rooms allow meals to be spread out and leave more peace and quiet for adults if they wish. Numerous spaces dedicated to children and teens, large screen, XBox game console, Bonzini foosball table, comic books, numerous DVD movies for all ages, board games. Located in the Hameau du Freyssinet, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the slopes (3 minutes by car or shuttle - bus stop 80 m from the chalet), with a breathtaking view towards the Briançon valley and Mont Prorel on the east side, and the "Doigt de Dieu", the Monêtier glacier, the high mountain and its eternal snows towards the Col du Lautaret. Enjoy the sun, well seated in a deckchair on the terrace while drinking a glass of white wine accompanied by cold meats from the Guibertes farm, or warm up in front of a good fire, comfortably seated in the armchairs or large sofas of the living room. There are 5 double bedrooms, two dormitories-game room-living room for 4 and 6 beds, five bathrooms, 4 toilets, two living rooms-dining rooms-kitchens, two fireplaces, on three levels, two large terraces and a garden. 5 parking spaces. Other things to note The kitchen should be left clean, sink and countertop cleaned, dishwasher emptied, and dishes put away. Garbage cans must be deposited in the public containers at your disposal in the public parking 100 m below. Pets are allowed, upon express request only, with a surplus of 100 euros per stay.
