The first floor of the cozy apartment has a kitchenette, stove, fridge electric kettle. A dining-table, chairs offer a nice view to the garden. Windows can be opened to enjoy the view to the garden, while enjoying the nice natural breeze. While a ceiling fan can enhance the flow of the wind. The bathroom is also situated on the first floor. The second floor is the bedroom. It has windows on both sides. One side offers a view to the garden and the other side to the surrounding environment. The air-conditioning cools the entire space quickly and silently. If preferred the windows can be opened to enjoy the northeast Tradewind.
