Les Gîtes Fanoli (like Fanny and Olivier) present the Gîte du Poisson Rouge. Relaxation by the water and an evening by the fire. This house consists of an equipped kitchen, a room with a living area with a fireplace and a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom/toilet. An outdoor area with deck chairs, a table and garden chairs. A fish pond to bring a touch of the exotic and serenity. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The space The house is on the ground floor of a stone house. Cool in summer, warm in winter. Composed of: A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bed. An equipped kitchen A dining room with a living area that allows for a 2nd 140x190 bed on the sofa bed. A renovated BA with walk-in shower, toilet, sink. A dining area on the property with a barbecue, garden table and chairs. The windows overlook the grounds, the koi pond, and the fields. The house is at the end of the village, a very quiet place. The 1,000 m² plot will welcome you for relaxation, barbecue, meals, and games. We ask that you bring your own bed linens (pillowcase, fitted sheet, and flat sheet or duvet cover) as well as your toiletries, but you can also rent them from us. You will have everything you need to do the end-of-stay cleaning, but you can also leave it to us for an additional fee. OPTIONAL with a surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival. Bed linen option (fitted sheet/flat sheet/pillowcases) folded at the end of the beds upon your arrival, €10 for one bed. Option for made bed €5/bed. Bathroom towel option (1 bath towel/1 hand towel/1 washcloth) €10. End-of-stay cleaning option: €30 for short stays, €50 for stays of 3 nights or more. SERVICES offered: - Electricity, water and heating consumption are included. The central heating is a wood pellet boiler, but if you wish, you can enjoy a wood fire in the cottage's fireplace (wood provided). - cupboards with some products (food: salt, sugar, oil, etc., cleaning: dishwashing liquid, dishwasher, floor cleaner, etc.); everyone replaces what they use. - Wooden high chair, baby dishes and folding crib on request.
