It is located on the first floor of a family house; a cozy and recently renovated 85-square-meter apartment, our property combines hospitality with the practicality of all modern comforts. The shared garden, private parking space and family atmosphere make it the perfect choice for a vacation surrounded by nature between Como, Varese and the Canton of Ticino. The space The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 infants and consists of: • A double bedroom with a king-size bed and a private balcony; • One bedroom with two single beds, also perfect for the little ones; • Two bathrooms (one with a window); • Kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and microwave; • Bright living room with dining table, sofa bed, 52" LED TV, Wi-Fi, and balcony with garden view; • Play area with selected books and toys. • 2 cribs for infants 0-2 years old available upon request (€10.00 per crib per stay - to be paid on site) 🎯 Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends. We are delighted to host you for a weekend, a week, or long stays of up to 30 nights. Upon request, we also offer extra services such as transfers, tour guides, and babysitting. The private garden with our majestic cherry tree, the symbol of the house, is perfect for relaxing while the children play freely. The house was completely renovated in mid-2025 with fine finishes and is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. We also offer a washing machine, full linen, and a selection of pillows and blankets for every need. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The owners of the apartment live upstairs. The family has 2 very friendly children with whom your children can also play. The right place to immerse yourself in the typical Italian atmosphere. Guest access Reserved parking space on the property. Large garden shared with the other inhabitants of the building with children's games. Outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs for lunches and dinners in the garden. Other things to note • No smoking inside the apartment • No pets allowed • Respect the common areas and the green spaces shared with the host family • Quiet hours: 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. and after 10:00 p.m. Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
