The open-plan living area is more than just a place to sleep: Here you will find a cozy king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a comfortable couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.35m x 2.00m) if required and an inviting dining area. The separate bedroom has another king-size bed and a work area that offers plenty of space to work. Whether you're preparing a small snack or a larger meal, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. In the modern bathroom you will find a shower, toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and soap as well as a hairdryer. There is also a parking space right outside the door (additional charges apply). Free public parking is also available near the apartment, subject to availability. The U35 underground station is only about 40 meters away - from there you can reach Bochum city center or the Ruhr University in a few minutes. The A448 is also just a short drive away - ideal for reaching neighboring cities quickly. Guest access You have sole use of the entire apartment. Access is flexible via a Smartlock system. Other things to note Premium hotel bed linen, towels and care products (shampoo, shower gel, soap) are provided. In the kitchen you will also find a selection of spices, vinegar and oil as well as a welcome set with coffee and tea, which you can help yourself to free of charge. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request (additional charges apply). Please let us know in good time if you need this. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor, but you will have to walk up a few steps. Due to the central location, there may be some ambient noise, but you are very well connected.
