Village house with garden and terrace with view

Located in the heart of the village, the house has two exposed stone buildings, built in the early 18th century and fully restored with taste and noble materials by local artisans. The property has a beautiful wooded courtyard, three bedrooms with terrace and balcony, three bathrooms and a shower room, a living room with fireplace and a large kitchen. The charm, the view and the quiet are the assets of this house that combines modern comfort and authenticity. The space The "Big House". On the first floor, the master bedroom has a large double bed (King), a bathroom with toilet and a terrace with panoramic views of the temple and Mont Bouquet. A spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom, located under the attic, where you will find a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed "Poltronesofà", a bathroom and a balcony ("Juliet's Balcony") overlooking the village. On the ground floor, the living room has a desk area, a sofa and two armchairs, as well as an old fireplace perfectly functional. The logs, stacked in the garden under a shelter, are available to you. The "Little House" The large kitchen, open to the garden, is equipped with a five burner and three oven cooker, dishwasher and fridge (all SMEG). The extendable table can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Dishes, cookware, kettle, ice cream maker, juicer and other utensils will be provided. A nice staircase leads to the third bedroom with a Simmons pull-out bed (2 comfortable single beds) and its private bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The wooded courtyard A pergola covered with virgin vines and climbing roses houses a large teak table for 8 people (to which can be added a second table for 8 people and 2 wooden benches stored in the wine cellar). On the other side of the garden, two comfortable armchairs and a UNOPI coffee table that offers a nice reading or aperitif area in the shade of a ivy wall. A beautiful shower room, with separate toilet and ground tile floor in the colors of the South, allows you to cool off quickly after sunbathing in summer. A laundry room with washing machine, a large WEBER BBQ, 8 garden chairs, 2 sunbeds and a lounge chair will also be at your disposal. Guest access Enjoy access to all areas of the home. Other things to note Each room comes with a multi-split converter for winter heating and summer air conditioning. Heating and air conditioning costs are included in the price. Internet access and WIFI are free. Bed linens, towels and kitchen linens are provided upon arrival. The stay is free for your small pets, as long as I am informed beforehand and they are clean and well kept. Smoking is allowed only in the garden. The parking lot is nearby outside the house.
