Situated in the heart of a vibrant and beautiful village in the south of France, the property comprises two stone 18th century buildings entirely renovated by craftsmen using traditional materials. The house has a lovely enclosed courtyard garden, 3 bedrooms with terrace and balcony, 2 bathrooms, a shower room, a living room with fireplace and a large kitchen. The charm, the view and the calm characterise this stunning house which combines modern comfort with elegance and authenticity. The space The “Big House” On the first floor, the master bedroom has a King Size bed, a private bathroom with toilet and a terrace with panoramic views of the Temple and the Mont Bouquet. A spiral staircase leads up to the second bedroom, located under the roof, where you will find a comfortable “Poltronesofà” sofa bed for 2 people, a toilet with a wash-hand basin and a balcony (the “Juliet’ balcony”) with a view of the village. On the ground floor, the living room includes an office corner, a sofa with two armchairs and a fully functional old fireplace. Logs, stored in the garden under a shelter, are at your disposal. The “Little House” The spacious kitchen leading to the garden is equipped with a gas cooker (five burners and three ovens), a dishwasher and a refrigerator (everything SMEG). The extendable table can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, kettle, ice cream maker, juicer and other kitchen utensils are provided. A beautiful staircase leads up to the third bedroom with 2 single beds and its bathroom with bath and toilet. The courtyard garden A pergola, covered with Virginia creeper and climbing roses, provides a shelter from the sun and the rain. Beneath it is a large teak table seating 8 (to which can be added a second table for 8 and 2 wooden benches stored in the cellar). On the other side of the garden, two comfortable garden armchairs and a coffee table UNOPIÙ provide a lovely reading or aperitif corner in the shade of an ivy-clad wall. A beautiful shower room with separate toilet and a southern-coloureds terracotta tiled floor lets you freshen up with a quick shower after sunbathing in summer. A laundry room with washing machine, a big WEBER barbecue, 8 garden chairs, 2 deckchairs and a sunbed are also provided. Each room has a multi-functional air conditioner that allows individual control of room temperature settings (heating in the winter, air conditioning in summer). The heating and cooling costs are included in the price. Internet and WIFI access are free. On arrival, you will find all bed linen, bathroom linen and kitchen linen at your disposal. Your small pets are welcome by prior agreement, provided that they are clean and well behaved. Smoking allowed only in the garden. Public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the house.
