Casona Carraizo Retreat is a spacious multilevel home just minutes from San Juan, built for families and groups who want room to spread out. Five bedrooms sleep up to 11, with a heated hot tub, full kitchen, game area, and a backup generator so the fun never stops — even if the power blinks. One of the only homes in the area with a private pool. The space Casona Carraizo Retreat spans multiple levels with power backup and water cistern with enough space for the whole group to relax together or find a quiet corner. Outside is the heart of the home: a private pool on a wood deck, a heated hot tub, lounge chairs, a shaded gazebo, and an outdoor dining area where you can grill dinner and watch some of the best sunsets on the island. It's built for gathering. Inside, the open layout includes a full kitchen stocked for cooking, a dedicated workspace for anyone mixing work with vacation, and a game area the kids and adults both fight over. Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 11): • Bedroom 1 — King bed • Bedroom 2 — Queen bed • Bedroom 3 — Queen bed • Bedroom 4 — Queen bed • Bedroom 5 — Bunk room (single + bunk bed), great for kids or extra guests A backup generator keeps the lights, AC, and pool running no matter what. Free parking on-site and easy self check-in with a keypad mean you arrive on your own schedule Guest access Guests have the entire home and all outdoor amenities — pool, hot tub, gazebo, deck, and dining area — to themselves. Other things to note A few things to help you plan: • A backup generator keeps the power, AC, and pool running during any outages — common in Puerto Rico, never a problem here. • The home sits in the hills of Carraízo on winding local roads. A rental car is strongly recommended to get around and reach the beaches, San Juan, and El Yunque. • For everyone's safety, there are exterior security cameras at the property entrance. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private or pool area. • The pool and hot tub are unsupervised — please watch children closely at all times. • This is a quiet, family neighborhood. We ask that guests keep noise respectful, especially at night. House rules: Trash bags must be located in the trash bins at property entrance (street). Keep doors closed while using the air conditioning. • Check-in: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM · Checkout: 11:00 AM • Maximum 11 guests • Parties or events need approval • No smoking inside the home • Quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors • Pets: allowed for a Fee at your own risk Pets are welcome!
