Family house near the Cotswolds

Have fun with the whole family at Little Moat. Located on our family farm, it is the perfect spot for a couple of families to catch up or a reunion with the larger family! We are ideally situated in between Stratford upon Avon & The Cotswolds, making us spoilt for choice with things to do closeby. The main house sleeps 9 plus additional space for cots and The Studio in the garden sleeps an additional 2. Giving a little more space and privacy when needed - perfect for the grandparents! The space Little Moat is made up of 4 bedrooms including 1 king size bedroom with an en-suite, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 large children room comprising of bunk beds (4 x singles) and a cot bed. In addition there is a family bathroom (bath) and another shower room. The Studio is located in the garden of the main house and includes a king size bedroom, kitchenette and en-suite shower room. Please note it is located up steep external stairs. There is a large garden with wendy house, climbing frame and swings. In addition, there is a seating on the deck overlooking the moat as well as a large outdoor table on the patio for alfresco dining. The property includes Sky, Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Sky Movies in the sitting room, master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms. A new addition is the property is that we have just converted the double garage into a games room - with dart board and table tennis to enjoy too. Please note there is a moat in the garden so please be aware that children need to be supervised at all times. There are gates at 3 points to ensure that the moat is closed off but please be careful. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole property and the studio in the garden. In addition the garden is there to be enjoyed.
