Due to its location, at times you may hear sounds of rain, nature and traffic from the area. Guest access During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the entire alpine house, its pergola and the hot tub. You can also explore the four trails within the 40,000 m² nature reserve. 🌲 Parking is available on the property, in an area designated for one vehicle. Due to the natural topography of the area, you'll need to walk a short distance from the car park to the accommodation. The climate in Cobán can include rain, humidity, mist and the temperature changes typical of the region. The nature reserve borders a main road, which makes it easy to access the property. For this reason, vehicles, including heavy goods vehicles, may be heard at certain times. The volume of the sound may vary depending on the time of day and traffic flow. As it's within a nature reserve, you can see insects, birds and other small animals typical of the ecosystem. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the trails and clothes suitable for the climate in Cobán. You'll also find restaurants and dining options nearby to complement your stay.
