Welcome to our spacious Swedish house in Lugnvik – perfect for families, friends, and dogs. 125 sqm of living space for up to 7 guests, with a large garden including a fenced area. Starting now, you can go fishing on the nearby Ångermanälven River using our motorboat (up to 6 people) or canoe, and the Baltic Sea beaches are also just a short distance away. Quietly located in the Höga Kusten region – ideal for nature, relaxation, and Scandinavian calm. The space Hej and welcome to the Red Swedish House! Over 100-year-old wooden house in traditional Faluröd red, approx. 120 sqm living space, three bedrooms, 1,500 sqm garden with shed. The house was recently renovated but is still evolving – some areas will be further enhanced over time. Guests who don’t mind will find a cozy, lovingly furnished house with lots of heart. We are happy to provide tips for trips. This means you can arrive whenever it suits you! Other things to note • Over 100-year-old cozy fireplace, usable after instruction, firewood provided • From May 2026: play shed with hammock, ride-on car, play mats, child seating and toys, children’s bike, toys for the little ones and hanging chairs for the teens • From Summer 2026: balcony usable, total 7 beds • Optional: ice fishing with experienced guide including equipment, license, and cooking tips.
