An ancient farmhouse elegantly restored, now a charming retreat ideal for families, groups of friends, or travelers seeking a truly regenerating experience. INDOOR SPACES The interiors are spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR Living area divided into 5 separate spaces: ・Spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with large dining table, opening onto a pergola-covered patio ・Dining room with a convivial table ・Lounge area with sofa and smart TV ・Cozy sitting room ・Main living room with air conditioning All rooms overlook the garden, are interconnected, and linked by a long corridor. The ground floor also features a guest bathroom and access to the laundry area. FIRST FLOOR A scenic staircase leads to the sleeping area, which includes: ・1 Master Bedroom with panoramic windows, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, large wardrobe, desk, and air conditioning ・1 Master Bedroom with panoramic windows, ensuite bathroom with double walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and air conditioning ・3 double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, dresser, and views over the hills. A bio-pool is a natural swimming pool that uses a phytodepuration system — an eco-friendly method that purifies the water through the combined action of aquatic plants, gravel, and microorganisms, without the use of chlorine or chemical agents. The bio-pool may not be suitable for guests who are uncomfortable at the sight of a grasshopper or a dragonfly resting on the water. AIR CONDITIONING: the two master bedrooms and the main living area are equipped with built-in air conditioning (split units). The other bedrooms feature powerful fans and portable air conditioners. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The apartment is owned by a third party and is managed by THE S.R.L. under a management contract with representation and a power of attorney, which authorize the company to act in the name and on behalf of the owner for all activities related to the rental.
