A chef can be made available at an additional cost. Just 15–20 mins from renowned restaurants like Mojigao, Burger Factory, and Thalassa, and a 20-minute drive to Vagator and Anjuna beaches. The space 🛋️ Living Room The villa has a spacious, air-conditioned lounge designed for relaxation. Large windows open to the pool, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A powder room is also attached to the living area for added convenience. 🎶 Entertainment The villa is equipped with a Harman Kardon speaker and a TV, making it perfect for music, movie nights, or downtime with friends and family. 🍳 Meals & Kitchen The villa includes a fully functional kitchen equipped with a microwave, blender, french press, cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, and cutlery — everything you need to cook a meal or prepare your morning coffee. A private chef can also be arranged at an additional cost to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ingredients as per actuals. Guests may also order in via Swiggy, Zomato & Blinkit. 🍽️ Dining Area Adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6 guests comfortably. The area is safe and commonly used by residents and guests. 🌐 Wi-Fi High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible across the villa, suitable for both work and leisure. 🔌 Power Backup The villa is equipped with inverter backup, ensuring uninterrupted power for essential services including fans, lights, Wi-Fi and charging points for up to 3–4 hours during power outages. 🛡️ Security The property is located in a gated community with 24/7 security, offering peace of mind throughout your stay. Other things to note GROCERIES – If you'd like us to keep groceries ready for you prior to your arrival, please let us know and share the list of groceries with us in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we would be happy to provide you with the contact numbers of a delivery service. MEALS – Our team can provide you with the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredients and adds a preparation fee and she is very reasonable). Else, many famous restaurants are available for food delivery to the villa on Zomato and Swiggy. LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on the availability of the villa at that time. Please message us 2 days prior to your arrival and our team will be able to let you know whether it is possible or not. 🧹 Daily housekeeping is provided 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towels and linen are provided, with a full change after every 3rd night. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 27 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 30,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.
